The 2019-2020 school year will come to a close on Friday, May 15. The following is the schedule for pick-up of personal items and return of school property.
Lower School
Curbside pick-up of personal items and drop-off of textbooks and library books will take place at the Lower School on Friday, May 15 according to the schedule below. LS Faculty will be communicating by email with their classes specific items to be returned.
8:30 am – 9:30 am Students whose last names begin A-F
10:00 am – 11:00 am Students whose last names begin G-M
11:30 am – 12:30 pm Students whose last last names N-S
1:00 pm – 1:30 pm Students whose last last names begin T-Z
Middle/Upper School
Students will need to come claim personal items from the middle and upper school buildings, gym, and fine arts building this Thursday and Friday (5/14-15) from 8:30 am – 3:00 pm. There are many items in the buildings, particularly in lockers (gym included). There have been previous opportunities to claim items during our quarantine closure, and this is the FINAL OPPORTUNITY. All items not picked up this Thursday or Friday will be collected and donated. Hand sanitizer will be near the entrances, and we ask that it be used upon entering and exiting the buildings.
IMPORTANT ATHLETICS ANNOUNCEMENT–All uniforms must be turned in by Friday, 5/15, at 3:00 pm. Uniforms must be clean and placed in a large zip-lock bag with the athlete’s name written on it. The uniforms may be left in either office or delivered to Coach Sanders or Coach Gendron in the gym.
