During the re-enrollment period for current students, a $550 non-refundable deposit is due no later than February 28, 2024. The deposit guarantees a placement for the following year. Open enrollment for new students begins March 1, 2024. After March 1, seats are filled in the order in which contracts are received.

Included in the total cost of tuition are the following:

  • Student admission to all home athletic events
  • One school yearbook per student
  • Lower School Consumables Fee

A personal iPad is required for students in grades 4-6. A personal laptop is required for students in grades
7-12.

Middle and Upper School students will also incur textbook fees as applicable based on schedule assignments.

Additional fees such as lab, art, online courses, dual enrollment, Advanced Placement, or athletic
participation may be charged and billed separately.

A $375 security fee is required per family.

A $150 per-semester technology fee (K-12) covering the necessary maintenance and upgrades to support our
program is due August 1, 2024 and January 15, 2025. Single pay families can include $300 with their July payment or pay by semester if preferred. If you are paying tuition through FACTS, this fee will be included in your payment plan.

PAYMENT PLANS
The Donoho School offers three convenient payment plans for families. The three-payment option and the twelve-payment option include a nominal fee. Tuition payment plans exclude the $550 deposit, due at the time the student contract is signed, and any additional fees which must be paid by August 1, 2024.

  • One-Payment Option: Tuition is paid by July 1, 2024.
  • Three-Payment Option: 50% of tuition is paid by July 2024; 30% of tuition is paid by October 2024; and 20% of tuition is paid by February 2025. A $150 installment fee divided among the three payments. Families must enroll with FACTS for automatic withdrawal.
  • Twelve-Payment Option: Tuition plus a $200 installment fee is divided into 12 equal payments from May through April. Families must enroll with FACTS for automatic withdrawal.

The Donoho School is now able to accept payment for the $550 re-enrollment deposit and the one-payment tuition option via Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. This payment may be made through ParentPortal and is subject to convenience fees. New families not yet set up on ParentPortal must pay their $500 deposit by check or cash through the business office.

FACTS participants will have the flexibility to vary their payment methods throughout the year by utilizing any combination of bank draft and credit card payments. FACTS accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover; these payments are also subject to a 2.95% convenience fee
