Get to know Mrs. Senter in this month’s Teacher Feature!
As the second semester begins, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the first half of the year and share my thoughts. I want to start by recognizing how wonderful our new faculty members have been in making Donoho better. Their dedication to our mission and our students has been outstanding, and we are a better school because of their commitment and effort. Along the same lines, we have been blessed with many terrific new students who have shared their talents with us all in many different ways. They, too, have strengthened our school.
Brendan Rice, Class of 2009, shares, “When I started at UAB, I found that Donoho had taught me the study skills I needed to make my way through college. This gave me the space to figure out my core interests through internships and getting involved with community and campus organizations.”
Congratulations to our Donoho Falcons on an outstanding Football season and to our Falcons for making the Class 1A, Region 5 Region Team. Also, congratulations to Coach Jeremy Satcher for being named Assistant Coach of the Year.
