Three Students Recognized in Duke TIP Program

The Donoho School is pleased to recognize the following students for their participation in the 2013 Duke Talent Identification Program’s Seventh Grade Talent Search.

Pearl Simmons has received state recognition and grand recognition. Pearl qualified by earning a score on at least one section of the ACT that is equal to or better than the score earned by ninety percent of recent high school graduates. Only three percent of all the participants in the talent search qualify for this recognition.

Emma Arnold and Olivia Davis have received state recognition. Emma and Olivia qualified by earning a score on at least one section of the ACT that is equal to or better than the national average for recent high school graduates.
