Kayla DarbyKayla Darby Volleyball Tournament Update: Words cannot begin to express our appreciation for all your help and support with the Kayla Darby Volleyball Tournament held on Saturday, July 2, 2008. The tournament raised almost $4,000 to be placed in the Regions Bank fund for the family.  A very big Donoho “Thank You” goes out to all the area teams that participated in the tournament! Kayla was able to attend and be with her teammates and still had it in her to serve the volleyball!  If the doctor's would have allowed she would have done a whole lot more on the court.   What an amazing show of strength and courage!  For those of you not able to attend, thank you for your thoughts and prayers.  The "Falcon Spirit" was truly felt within Sproull Gymnasium and it was a great day to be a part of the Donoho family. Mrs. Sue CanterAdmissions Director Hired: The Donoho School is proud to announce that Sue Canter has been named Admissions Director for the school.  This year marks Sue’s thirtieth year in education and her twentieth at Donoho.  Sue spent twenty-five years teaching preschool, and most recently added a Masters Degree in Educational Administration and an endorsement in counseling. Her most recent professional growth evolved from the desire to become more involved with the growth and development of our school and subsequently become a stronger advocate for our students.  She is looking forward to the opportunity to showcase the school, while developing and serving our most valuable resource – our students and their families.  Sue is an Anniston native, and is married to Bud Canter.  She is the mother of two daughters and proud grandmother of five.
