Congratulations to Bryant Barrentine and Cole Runyan! Bryant and Cole were two of twenty-five applicants selected to participate in the Rural Health Scholars Program at The University of Alabama.

The Rural Health Scholars Program aims to provide opportunities for rising high school seniors from rural communities in Alabama to pursue careers in medicine and other health care professions.

Bryant and Cole will spend five weeks on campus at The University of Alabama, take college courses, attend tutorials and seminars, and shadow physicians and other health care professionals.

Great job, Bryant, and Cole! Enjoy your time learning this summer! We know you will represent Donoho well.
