When asked what one piece of advice she would give to Donoho students, she replied, “I would probably tell current and future Donoho students to savor the time they get to spend at Donoho and to not take any part of it for granted. They are blessed to be able to attend an extraordinary school with top-tier faculty and staff, and I can say from experience that while they may find it difficult at times, it really will prepare them extremely well for college and for their future careers.”

She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Justin Burney. She and her husband, Coleman, currently reside in Huntsville, Alabama.
