The Donoho School is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Brian K. Woodfin to its Board of Directors. Mr. Woodfin is the president of ABS Business Systems, Inc., with offices in Attalla, Oxford, Mobile, and Montgomery. He is the managing partner for The Woodfin Group, LLC, Southeast Properties, LLC, and RW Investment Group, LLC. He has been involved in the business community since 1986, and his broad spectrum of experience includes management, marketing, advertising and sales.
Mr. Woodfin serves as a director for Farmers and Merchants Bank, board member of the Calhoun County Economic Development Council, and secretary for the Chamber of Commerce. He is a past president of the Anniston Country Club, past treasurer for the Donoho Parents’ Association, and past board member for Children’s Services, the Alabama Industrial Development Board, and the United Way Campaign Cabinet.
Mr. Woodfin is a graduate of Jacksonville State University and was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma in 2010. He and his wife Donna have two children: Alex, a 2013 graduate of The Donoho School and freshman at Auburn University, and Anna Marie, a tenth grader at The Donoho School. They reside in Anniston, Alabama.
