The
Donoho School puts complete trust in the honesty
of each student. The Honor Code gives the students
two major responsibilities. The first responsibility
is to accept and abide by the rules stated in
the Honor Code. The second and equally important
responsibility is to report any violations of
the Honor Code.
To enforce the rules and to recommend punishment
for any infraction of the Honor Code, an Honor
Council is elected. The Honor Council is made
up of two elected representatives from each class
plus the president.
As a reminder of the Honor Code, a pledge is used.
This pledge should be written in full on every/assignment
and the signed by the student. The pledge states:
"I have neither given nor received help on
the test/assignment."
