Five Students Artwork Chosen for Third United States Congressional District Art Competition

Five students have been selected to participate in the Third United States Congressional District Art Competition. The artwork will be be on exhibit from April 16 until April 26 at the Isabel Anderson Comer Museum in Sylacauga.

On Saturday, April 26 at 2:00 pm, the museum will host a reception and awards presentation for these artists and their family members. The first prize winner will receive a scholarship, airfare, and hotel accommodations in Washinton, D.C. Their artwork, along with that of other young artists across the country, will hang in the U.S. Capitol for one year.
