INTERMEDIATE (Grades 4 – 6) SUPPLY LIST

Supplies needed by your student for the 2008-2009 school year are listed below. They may be picked up with room assignments and parent information at the lower school office July 30, 31, and August 1. Parents who wish to order from the school must return the attached order form with cash or check to the lower school office NO LATER THAN JULY 1. Make checks payable to The Donoho School.

· 1 highlighter (any color)

· 1 box of colored pencils

· 2 ultra fine Sharpie black permanent markers

· 2 extra fine Sharpie black markers (for Science)

· 3 pkgs. loose-leaf, side-punch paper (200 count)

· 1 pkg. red pens (students should have a red pen at all times)

· 2 black ink pens

· 2 packages of 10 #2 pencils

· 1 set of PRANG watercolors, 16 colors, white top

· 1 ruler with U.S. and metric measurements - plastic

· 1 clear zipper pouch for pencils (to put in notebook)

· 1 glue stick

· 1 white Elmer’s glue, 4 oz.

· 1 white plastic eraser

· 1 pair of scissors, to fit hand of student

· 1 package of “Pastel” Crayola markers

· 1 package of white, self-adhesive notebook paper hole reinforcements

· 4^th GRADE: 2 Sharpie, extra fine, markers and 2 Sharpie, ultra fine, markers

· 5^th GRADE: 1 roll of 1 inch masking tape (for ART)

1 box water colors (for ART)

· 6^th GRADE: 4 “Ebony” drawing pencils, 2 pink pearl erasers (for ART)

1 Master combination lock for P.E. locker

2 boxes of tissues

1 pkg. (8) Avery table of contents dividers and (5) dividers with pockets.

1 zippered-only, 3-ring binder

** TIME for Kids Magazine--$6.00 to be paid by the first day of school.
