School Year
Money
for Summer Camp:
Amy Bellin's 2nd Grade students are
currently studying earning, saving,
investing, spending and giving money.
As a part of this study, her students
worked extra hard at home to earn
enough money to send one less fortunate
child to Camp Sumatanga this summer
in conjunction with local radio station
K-98. On Friday, April 13, Chris Wright
of K-98 came to visit with her class
and accept their gift. Way to go students!
St.
Jude Children's Research Hospital
Fund Raiser:

participated in the St. Jude Math-a-thon
to benefit St. Jude Children's Research

in the math fun books or on a CD.
Participating students were Madison
Huckaby, Dalten Martin, Morgan Greaves,
Parker Morgan, Natalie Free, Richard
Bateman, Mary Elizabeth Mathison,
Aliyah Salame, Riley Ann McBride,
Katherine Westbrook, Sunny Donti,
and George McMillan. Natalie Free
was the winner of the event and earned
