Alumni News: Anniston, A.L. (4/27/07) - Mrs. Claire Connors Wharton, a 1972 alumna of The Donoho School, recently released her first novel, Pearl Maker. The novel tells the story of a woman thrust into a traumatic, life-altering chain of events, leading her on a quest for moral clarity. Mrs. Wharton will be in Anniston on Thursday, May 17th at The Anniston Star signing copies of her book. The signing will take place from 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
